J'ai craqué, je voulais mettre des photos...
Mais je laisse les filles (Flo et Pau) faire la suite :-)) Si si !

Sneider in Bulgaria
The first talk with Ladislav was about Grenoble
where he had gone 2 months before. He had just been hired by Sneider, one of the
most famous company in Grenoble. From that point, he explained me how Sneider
manages its money. Quite interesting! For 3 days, we went to the nicest
restaurants in town, lived in a hotel, were driven with a rent car...
Thank Schneider for all!
Bulgaria tastes like getting closer to the
Mediterranean sea. Bulgarian salad, which is Greek one but with fıne yellow
cheese on it, light fısh and vegetables cooked in olive oil and lovely fresh
cooked garlic bread. Yes, the main activity with Ladislav was eating. Thanks guy,
good choice!
By the way, Bulgaria is really confusing: saying
Yes by right-left head shaking and No by up and down head shaking…
My next step is Plovdiv where I met 2 nice French
girls I knew a bit before (Yes I am talking about Pauline and Florence!!). And
I will let them telling the next days (Plovdiv, Burgas and İstanbul). Yes yes
yes Girls, it is your turn for story telling!
C'est le Danube : frontiere naturelle entre la Roumanie et la Bulgarie. Wahouuu le gros ruisseau ! Je ne pouvais pas quitter l'Europe sans le voir, le traverser. Chose faite ! |

Deva
Back to Europe, in Romania, hitchhiking is getting easier. People can catch English words and everybody can reach a sit in the bus. I feel in Italy as Romanian is quite close to Italian language. But the main difference is I got garlic bunches with me before the border!
Deva is the perfect city size: a nice old citadel up to the woody hill near the city center, great internet cafes full of cats, Hunedoara castle from the 14th century (correct me guys if I am wrong!), Retezat national park that I will see the next time I come :-) Thank you very much Mihaela and Mada for welcoming.
And I got 28 in Deva too!
In restaurant, non-smokers are confined to the small room. Can you see it in the background? |

Ukraine
Out from Europe, finally! The roads are... not built (or rebuilt) by the European Union, for sure! And now starts the difficult world of the meaningless Cyrillic, added by the total incomprehension between Ukrainian people who don't speak a word of English and me who don't speak a word of Russian. Funny mix at first sight, but kind of depressing in some situations, after all, especially in rainy days! Fortunately, American guys, a banjo, fire and fun activities (RAFTING!! Soooo COOOOL!) were there too! I thank Ellis for welcoming and bringing me to this crazy long week-end.
Check that, hehehe!
